Water is becoming ever more precious with environmental pressures increasing as we try to protect our surroundings as well as human health. It makes economic sense to clean and recycle what we already have. EcoWater can confidently do that for you.
Ecowater have the expertise to design and construct for your site, a robust reliable wastewater treatment recycling system. We would usually ask you to fill in a simple form describing such things as number of persons on site, type of operation from which the wastewater is generated etc and using this information tailor a system to suit.
We have successfully built and installed treatment units in projects ranging from tea rooms to major tourist ventures, construction camps, schools etc.
Our treatment systems are constructed in our Brisbane factory using either concrete or polymer tanks. All fittings are either marine grade stainless steel or polymer for reliability and the systems use quality pumps and electrics with extensive warranties. We have field experience in difficult site installations and over 20 years general system servicing history.
Please call us to discuss your wastewater treatment requirements and be treated professionally.
Ecowater is currently developing a portable, modular treatment system designed and built around a transportable base. These units are compact and easily transported and installed. They can even be delivered with their own generator power supply if needed.
The system can be installed up to several hundred meters away from the camp site ablution block if required. A small polymer pump well is placed in-ground near the facilities and a macerator pump then delivers to the treatment unit. The wastewater flows through a series of polymer tanks where an aerobic biological treatment process takes place (much like a council treatment plant.
All that is required is an area of land or landscaping that is designated as suitable to absorb the clean recycled water produced. This water can often be utilised to promote plantings and enhance car parks or otherwise barren areas or even as dust control thus saving thousands of litres of potable water.
These transportable treatment units were designed with temporary sites such as railway track maintenance, exploratory mine work etc. in mind. If a permanent operation is required then an established system can be offered to either enhance or replace an existing unit or as a complete new stand alone treatment system.
These units can be supplies in several different sizes depending upon number of personnel on site or type of use. It may be that several independent systems service several ablution blocks.
Each system is supplied with warranties as well as operation and maintenance manuals and factory backup. They can be eventually removed from site, refurbished and re-used in a new location if required.
Please do not hesitate to contact our Brisbane office to discuss your requirements. If necessary we will meet you on site to firmly establish conditions of use and determine your project needs.
